Community Relief and Development Action (COREDA) is a nonprofit organization which, since 2009, has been actively providing support services for vulnerable communities in the southwest and northwest provinces of Cameroon. Quality education has remained a dire need here as many children complete primary education without adequate literacy and numeracy skills. COREDA provides inclusive and holistic quality education to orphans and underprivileged children in the semi-urban slums of Tiko, a city in southwest Cameroon. This project with BGR funds the education of 50 children in need; additionally, the project contributes to the construction of a permanent space for the school’s computer literacy program.
