The printing and publishing industry in Sri Lanka is expanding. This project with Karuna Trust provides training in graphic design and desktop publishing, as well as English classes, to 30 women from impoverished families. In past years, a majority of project participants have continued on to either start their own businesses or find secure jobs in the publishing industry. These positions will allow the women to support their families, benefiting approximately 60 additional people. Annually renewable project.
