Satipatthana in Practice, Part 2: Mindfulness of Feelings and of Mind
The Buddha described Satipaṭṭhāna, the Four Establishments of Mindfulness, as the “direct path to realization.” The system proposes four timeless frameworks—of the body, feelings, mind, and dhamma-categories—that can lead beings to true freedom of heart. This half-day of practice will be the second of three sessions dedicated to different establishments of mindfulness given through BGR over the course of 2025.
